SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of 10 € to anywhere in Finland and 15 € to the Nordic countries.
How long will I wait for my order?
Once you have placed your order, you can expect to receive your package within 3 - 14 working days. We promise to try our utmost to get it to you as soon as possible!
What happens if I don't like what I've ordered?
You are most welcome to return any or all of your items should you not be completely satisfied with your selection. Let us know if you would like a refund, credit note, or exchanged items and we'll sort it all out on receipt of your goods.
International Delivery
At the moment we only ship locally within Finland and the Nordic countries. Contact us at sales@pinkcereus.fi for possible international delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pinkcereus.fi and send your item to: Pink Cereus Oy, Hummelvikinpolku 13, 02420 Jorvas, Finland.
